Payment Terms
How payments on MICANI360 are initialised, verified, recorded and corrected.
MICANI360 Payments
Project-related payments are made through MICANI360 Payments, which uses a licensed third-party payment gateway. MICANI360 never receives or stores your card or bank credentials.
Currency and pricing
Amounts are presented in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless stated otherwise on the payment screen. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.
Payment references and receipts
Every payment carries a unique reference which is retained against your project record. Payments are recorded only after the gateway confirms them, and duplicate submissions of the same reference are rejected.
Verification
Payment status is confirmed directly with the payment gateway. A payment is treated as settled only on verified confirmation, not on a browser redirect alone.
Failed or abandoned payments
If a payment fails or is abandoned, no service is activated and no charge is recorded against your project. You may retry, which creates a new payment reference.
Refunds and corrections
Where a payment was taken in error, contact us with the payment reference. Refunds are processed through the same payment channel and recorded against the original transaction.
Project payments and construction works
Platform and service payments are separate from any construction contract sum. Payments for construction works are governed by the project contract, approved BOQ and issued payment certificates.
