These terms explain how MICANI360 may be used and what users and professionals are responsible for.
1. About these terms
MICANI360 is a construction project platform operated by MICANI CONSTRUCTIONS. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Access to projects and platform areas is granted by role and by project assignment, and may be withdrawn where use is unauthorised.
3. Professional participation
Professionals may be required to submit credentials for verification before participating in live projects. Verification is a platform administration step and is not a substitute for any statutory or professional-body registration that a professional is independently required to hold.
4. Project information and AI assistance
Planning, quantity and costing outputs produced with AI assistance are preliminary and intended for review and approval by qualified professionals. They do not constitute a professional certification, valuation or design approval on their own.
5. Project records
Approvals, variations, inspections, progress records and payments are recorded on the platform and retained as the project record. Certain records are append-only and cannot be edited after they are issued.
6. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to access data or projects you are not authorised for, interfere with platform security, or misrepresent your identity, credentials or authority.
7. Payments
Project-related payments are handled as described in our Payment Terms.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep MICANI360 available and secure, and we may update platform functionality and these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
